I've had quite the journey as a healthcare leader, diving deep into areas like clinical transformation, process improvement, and operations management. I've always been passionate about boosting team performance and helping organizations grow through solid leadership.Then, in Dec 2022, I faced a stroke that really changed the game for me. It pushed me to embrace advocacy and put my recovery at the forefront. Even though I'm still working in healthcare, I've decided to sharpen my communication skills with Toastmasters. I'm focused on personal growth and excited to explore new ways to enhance recovery for myself and others!
